The hotel was excellent modern and well-kept, great value, perfect for what we needed. The staff was all very helpful and really helpful. The property has particularly good location short walk to a huge mall and restaurants, the mall and PNC pavilion. Furthermore, close to everything. It was good time in Concord.

I thoroughly enjoyed reasonably large room complete with full kitchens, comfortable beds. The location was magnificent, close to everything, in the perfect area. Everything exceeded high expectations, I would stay here again.

It was a well-kept and perfect hotel, nesteled in an original building. Stunning and good location close to everything, met requirements. What's more, it was really close to the racetrack and Concord, NC and restaurants, the mall and PNC pavilion.

The food was awesome with plenty of choice! The rooms were all perfect and impressive with comfortable beds.

Some guests have mentioned issues with the check-in process, where they were not allowed to check in even when their room was available.
